In 2014, as Director of Operations for the launch of Boom Ibiza by Giuseppe Cipriani, I facilitated a landmark nightlife and hospitality concept in Ibiza, delivering unique Cipriani experiences. I managed high-volume luxury hospitality operations for a venue with a capacity of over 2,000 guests, ensuring premium service standards at scale. The resident DJs, including Avicii and Luciano, alongside globally recognized events such as Vagabundos, positioned the venue among the most influential destinations in the international nightlife scene, making it a defining experience in large-scale luxury hospitality.

Cipriani Downtown
Spring 2014 marked a significant chapter in Federico Contu's hospitality journey during his leadership role at Cipriani Downtown in New York, where he served as Director for five years. Situated in the historic Battery Maritime Building with stunning views of New York Harbor, Casa Cipriani features a luxurious five-star boutique hotel with around 40 rooms, two fine dining restaurants, a jazz bar, and an international private members club. During this pivotal opening period in 2022, Federico served in a director-level leadership role, supporting the operational launch of the venue while establishing the high service standards and team structure crucial for such a prestigious project.
